As the founder and owner of Kingdom Custom Decks, I bring a lifelong passion for building and a commitment to excellence in every project we undertake. With 20+ years of experience in the industry, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of all aspects of construction, from concept to completion.

David Griffin (COO)
With a solid foundation in the construction industry and a wealth of experience spanning 20+ years, I serve as the General Manager at Kingdom Custom Decks. In this role, I oversee all aspects of operations, leveraging my expertise in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning to drive our company’s success.
My journey in construction began 22 years ago, where I cultivated a deep understanding of the industry through hands-on experience and continuous learning. Over the years, I’ve held various roles within the company, each contributing to my comprehensive understanding of the construction business. As General Manager, I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within our organization. I work closely with our team to ensure that every project we undertake is executed with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Whether it’s developing strategic initiatives, optimizing workflows, or nurturing client relationships, my goal is to propel our company forward and exceed the expectations of our clients and stakeholders. I am passionate about driving growth and making a positive impact in the construction industry, and I look forward to continuing to lead Kingdom Custom Decks to new heights of success.
Eddie Sosa (Director of Operations)
Eddie is an accomplished Director of Operations with over 10 years of experience in optimizing organizational processes and driving strategic initiatives. With a strong background in corporate operations, he excels in enhancing operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative solutions that align with business goals.
In his role at Kingdom Custom Decks LLC, Eddie leads the operational strategy, focusing on key responsibilities, such as supply chain management, quality control, and process improvement. He is known for reducing costs, increasing productivity, or improving customer satisfaction.
Eddie is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys reading the Bible, preaching the Gospel, and running his Non-Profit Kingdom Lifestyle which reflects his commitment to values like teamwork and innovation.
Joshua Reynolds (Pre-Construction Manager)
Josh is an experienced Pre-Construction Manager with over 10 years in the construction industry, specializing in project planning, estimating, and design management. With a strong foundation in residential construction, he plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are set up for success from the very beginning.
At Kingdom Custom Decks LLC, Josh leads the pre-construction phase, collaborating with Sales Management, Office Staff, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project scopes, timelines, and budgets. His expertise in cost estimation and value engineering allows for effective decision-making that aligns with client objectives while optimizing resources.
Outside of work, he enjoys riding quads, working on his truck, time with his pooch (company's unofficial mascot, Jr), and reflecting his commitment to collaboration and quality.
Carl Reddinger (Construction Manager)
Carl is a dedicated Construction Manager with over 10 years of experience in overseeing complex construction projects from conception to completion. With expertise in residential and commercial construction, he has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Currently at Kingdom Custom Decks LLC, Carl is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building regulations. He is skilled in coordinating field crews and collaborating with design consultants, office staff, distributors, and clients to achieve project goals.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children, truck races, tractor pulls, which reflects his passion for teamwork and sustainability.
Heidi Lupton (Executive Assistant)
with a talent for organization, communication, and problem-solving. Skilled in managing schedules, facilitating communication, and streamlining processes. Committed to providing top-notch support to our management team, customers, and field crews, ensuring their success and enabling them to focus on strategic goals.
